We went to see the musical Wicked, the untold story of the Witches of Oz.
I had always wanted to see it, but we never made it before it left Chicago. We had recently made a "wish list" of all the musicals we wanted to see while in London and heard that a lot of the time you can get 1/2 price tickets for a show the day of. So we headed to Leicester Square (the theatre area) in search of either Lion King or Wicked and ended up with 1/2 priced tickets with third row seats for Wicked that evening.
The orchestra was fantastic and the costumes were extraordinary!!
